On December 4–5, 2025, the Erasmus+ cooperation partnership project Discover & Empower held its final meeting in Segovia, Spain.

Segovia welcomed partners with its iconic Roman aqueduct, scenic mountain silhouettes, and charming historic streets—providing an inspiring backdrop for the conclusion of this two-year collaboration. Teams from Bulgaria, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Lithuania came together for this last in-person gathering, reflecting on achievements and celebrating the project’s impact across Europe.
