The first partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project Discover & Empower took place on January 22-23, 2024, in Vilnius, Lithuania. The meeting was hosted by Bite AEC and attended by representatives of partner organizations from several European countries.

On the first day, after the welcome speech and brief partner introductions, the project, its objectives, and planned activities were presented. Discussions focused on the development of the Pool of Knowledge platform and educational modules, as well as the innovative Toolbox approach for self-directed learning. Additionally, promotional and communication strategies for the project were introduced.

The second day was dedicated to ensuring project quality and impact, time and risk management, as well as finances and administration. Key steps for further collaboration were agreed upon, including the scheduling of future meetings and task distribution among partners.

The meeting laid a strong foundation for the successful implementation of the project, which aims to develop innovative tools for career guidance and empower individuals in making informed career choices.
